Families can sign up online using the form below. Please be sure to thoroughly read the TIDALkids Information Packet and the Release and Waiver form.

A form must be submitted for each child.

Your payment can be made either by check (mailed to: TIDALkids Treasury, 414 Niederwerfer Road South Windsor, Ct 06074) or you may make an online payment through our *Support Us Today link.

*If payment is being made online, please include an additional $5 per child to cover the transaction fees.
